Delivery Information

All hampers are delivered by our own drivers as a first preference - this insures that your hamper arrives as pictured rather than in a carton. If courier companies must be used you will be advised at confirmation of your purchase.

Free Delivery is offered for orders over $200.00 that are delivered to the one location within the Melbourne Metropolitan region. Delivery costs will be quoted for all deliveries outside of Melbourne Metro and/or under $200.00.

Delivery within Melbourne Metro will be charged at $10.00 per hamper. Additional items will incur a further fee. Please click here to enquire or call us on 1300 852 053.

Outer Melbourne suburbs and interstate orders will need to be packaged in a cardboard box and delivered by external companies. Although all efforts are made to ensure your gift will arrive in the condition it left Hamper Solutions, sometimes it is possible that damage can occur with these deliveries due to freight forwarding. Depending on the circumstances, Hamper Solutions will replace damaged goods upon return of the original gift. No guarantees can be made when sending via courier that your goods will not be damaged in transit.

Cost of deliveries outside the Melbourne Metro area is dependent on the weight and quantity of hampers ordered. We therefore cannot calculate an exact price until we check with our courier company. We endeavour to send packages as economically as possible and like to make sure they arrive at their destination in the same condition as when they left our warehouse. Delivery cost will be calculated on receiving your enquiry or order and provided before purchase is completed.

We ship hampers all over Australia. We pack all hampers well and send via courier. All hampers are subject to delivery charges depending on the destination and weight.
