Q: Do you include a gift card with each hamper?
A: Every hamper is delivered with a gift card unless requested otherwise. You may include a message with each of your hampers by simply filling in the message box space on the order form. You'll need to complete a different message box for each hamper if you want a different message, or, if you would like to repeat your message, you can simply give us a list of the different recipient's names.
Q: What Delivery Methods do you use?
A: There are various methods of delivery depending on delivery location:
Where possible, Hamper Solutions uses there own drivers to deliver hampers. This ensures that all hampers are received as they left us.
In some cases hampers need to be delivered by external courier companies - within Melbourne most deliveries can be delivered as they left us - delivered as a hamper. On some rare occasions hampers may need to be packaged in a cardboard box - we will let you know if this is the case.
All interstate orders will need to be packaged in a cardboard box and delivered by external companies. Interstate hampers are delivered at own risk - there is always a possibility that damage may occur with interstate deliveries due to freight forwarding
Q: Do you Deliver on Saturdays?
A: Yes - we do deliver on Saturdays when possible. If you would prefer a Saturday delivery please ask us if it can be arranged.
