There are terms and conditions associated with your purchasing of products from hampersolutions.com.au. Please read them carefully. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Product Availability
The products listed on hampersolutions.com.au are subject to availability. Therefore, product items may be withdrawn at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders, either in whole or part. Once you place an order you will receive a notice of confirmation via e-mail or phone. Orders will only be processed once the amount owed is paid in full.
If Hamper Solutions does not have the particular products in stock, we will contact you, the buyer, and inform you of the general date of availability or a suitable alternative. If you, the buyer, are unhappy with the date of availability or suggested alternative, Hamper Solutions will be happy to cancel your order.
Product Information
While Hamper Solutions has endeavoured to display the colours, size and products accurately, the actual image you see may vary slightly from the final product received.
In some cases where a manufacturer has updated their name, brand or design, the updated image may not be available, and the older version is used.
Pricing & Payments
The prices listed on the Hamper Solutions website are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive.
Prices of products and services and delivery and other related charges as displayed are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. Similarly the availability of products and services may change from time to time.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Hamper Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled Hamper Solutions shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Delivery
Delivery times provided to customers are indicative only. Hamper Solutions contracts external couriers to delivery some products. Therefore, we are unable to take responsibility for any delays in delivery times.

Order Cancellations & Backorders
To cancel any orders, Hamper Solutions requires at least two working days (Monday to Friday) notice prior to the dispatch of your goods. This can be done via phone, fax or in an email provided. The cancellation is confirmed once we receive it and acknowledge receipt of the transaction.
Backorders are accepted but we reserve the right to pass on price increases if applicable. If increases occur, Hamper Solutions will notify you and inform you of the new price. You have the right to cancel your order once notified of the price.
Alcohol Hampers
Our alcohol range can only be purchased and delivered to customers over the age of 18.
